Please read (actual question below)

Hello all! My name is Morgan and I have built my first gaming pc two days ago. I used Tom's Hardware for most all of my tips and tricks to getting it set up, but seem to have a slight problem of my own and would like some help! Firstly, I am very unfamiliar with using forums, as I hardly ever post any of my own. Being said I am sorry if this is in the wrong category or anything of the sort.

I got all my part together and installed all of my fans and routed my cables as per suggestions on Tom's Hardware and let me tell you this rig is a beauty! I saved the CPU for last because I wanted to make sure I didn't cause and damage to it while routing my cables. I opened the box and read the manual but was unable to find the the included thermal paste. I searched the whole box up and down and couldn't find it. for reasons unknown to me I grabbed the heat sink and was looking at it and touched the part that goes onto the CPU and then I felt the sticky paste and realized it was pre-applied! I looked and saw a thumb print in the paste. Not too deep but a print none the less. I installed it anyway because a friend of mine had told me that "It's hard to mess thermal paste up". After some research (because I was uncertain) I decided it is and its also very important. I downloaded a program to check the temp (RealTemp3.70) and have been playing around with it. The cores all have different temperatures but at idle the lowest is 19c and the highest is 31c. I started up a game and download and attempted to "word" it up a bit, but could only manage 35% load (Thank you Intel!). at 35% low temp was 27c and high was 36c. Is this normal? I bought a thermal paste at BestBuy just in case but wanted a second opinion. Thanks in advance! I have 4 intake fans an 2 out put if it matters, Thanks again!!

Solution
Those temps are more than fine and safe up into the 80s. the stock cooler has been known to allow temps up to throttle temps ( which is around 98C ) Personally I try to keep temps under normal usage below 70-75.
