Just upgraded a decently old pc with some really awesome parts such as:
-fx8320
-asus motherboard
-r7 z60x
-2 new fans (pushing air out)
and all the rest of the other parts were already with the computer.
Also the psu is some no name brand with no specific wattage on it.
While idle the cpu runs at 30-40 celcius and while running a game such as minecraft or csgo it runs at around 70-80 celcius.
I was wondering if that was too high and if there was somethign i could do to fix it if it was.

Solution
about 65c is the max you want your fx8320 running at.

what cpu cooler are you using? are you overclocked?

you need to remove some vcore to get your temps down a little bit since over 65c is less than ideal for your cpu. you need a better cpu cooler. if your using the stock amd cooler then even a cheap cooler like the cooler master tx3 would make a world of difference.

Yeah i am using the stock cooler and and my cpu is not overclocked. Thanks for the advice i will probably get a new cooler.

without an overclock your temps are probably ok and you wont be damaging anything, but its less than ideal.

you could try re applying the thermal paste. make sure you CAREFULLY clean off the top of the cpu... use a coffee filter with some isopropyl alcohol on it. let it dry then use a very small rice grain sized dab of thermal paste and reattach the cooler.
