Greetings,

A week ago Desktop 1 stopped being able to connect to certain websites(Among those are Reddit, liquidpedia, local movie theater website, random FB video websites and more, can't remember). The specific error that comes up in the browser is "The connection was reset". This does not seem to be browser specific, as it is affected by both chrome and firefox. I have cleared the cache, cookies, whatever else on firefox but to no avail.

Desktop 2 continues to access all sites correctly, and is connected to the same switch and then router.

Sounds like the issue is isolated to Desktop 1, yet not related to its browsers. Disabling windows firewall did not work. I have not run into an issue like this before, anyone have any suggestions?
This is driving me insane! Thanks in advance

Network Card is Killer e2200 Gigabit (NDIS 6.30)

Have also tried:
-Resetting router: Though the issue seems specific to Desktop 1
-Pinging the specific websites successfully, 0% Ploss
-Tried a fresh IE(lol) browser; doesn't work.
