Hi,
so I've got a Intel Core i7 3770.
My question is, is it normal that when I put load using a stress program on 2 threads, all 4 cores boosts turbo to 3,7Ghz? Shouldn't just the 1. Core and the 2. core turbo boost to 3,9Ghz and the 3. and 4. stay at 3,4Ghz?
My motherboard is MSI - H77MA-G43
I think it's the motherboard messing up with the turbo frequencies, how do I disable that? Because when I am playing games which often use just max 2 cores, all 4 cores are at 3,7ghz only. It would be more efficient if 2 cores were 3,9 and the rest 3,4. More efficient + powerful right?
Thanks
