Question about this MSI motherboard

Solution
I see no reason why those part wouldnt be fine with each other. (See memory flag)
Thats a pretty good looking mobo for MSI
And that cpu is more than good :)
Have one myself, can be a little warm, but not scary hot. (Mines watercooled and can easily do 4.9GHz on all cores, stable!!)
That 212 EVO is gonna be spinning at its fastest a lot i think.
PLEASE NOTE there is a flag relating to G.Skill Trident X Series at the bottom of the page.
Standard Intel flag I believe.
Also are you aware of the current 970 VRAM talks?

The mobo is listed as having:
- 2 x 4-pin CPU fan connectors
- 3 x 4-pin system fan connectors

How much PSU would OP need further down the line for 970 SLI?
Genuine question Im not sure on these new efficient maxwells

I was trying to do some research, and it had some Molex connectors that I could hook the fans up to I think :p

I think a splitter comes with either the case or motherboard... or maybe I will buy one as well haha.

Is there a better fan cooler for the cpu? I don't mind a little bit of sound though (Not really wanting to dive into water cooling right now)

Maybe I should just go with teh DDR3 1600 G.Skill Ripjaws? They operate at 1.5 V and I would save some money... (I just read great things about the Trident X series :D)

What do you mean about the 970 VRAM btw?

I will be playing Minecraft mainly, multiplayer. And recording/rendering often :p (Is what I will be using it mainly for!)
