Specs:
MB: Asus M5A97
CPU: AMD Phenom ll x6 1100t @3.3GHz
RAM: Kingston HyperX Genesis 2x4GB 1600 9-9-9-24
GPU: Asus Radeon HD7770 1GB GDDR5
Cooler: CM Evo 212
OS: Win7 Ultimate
So I've been trying to get a stable overclock these last 2-3 days, but can't seem to go above 3.5GHz stable (I'm aiming for 3.8 to 4GHz). I've been reading a LOT about oveclocking from those 2 guides that I keep seeing posted in a lot of threads (Phenom II OC guide for beginners and Dolk's OC guide) to different questions by users so I'm at the point of dreaming about CPU/NB frequency, voltages, multipliers Now I get it that no two system configurations are the same, but is there anyone that can tell me how my BIOS settings should look like in order to have at least 3.8GHz (reading from other threads I see that 3.8 is very easy to achieve with this CPU). The thing I don't know is the amount that needs to be set for CPU/NB frequency, NL frequency, voltages and how to get the correct and best timings on the RAM (if that is somehow connected with getting a stable CPU OC). I'll post the settings of my BIOS with the last thing I tried (which didn't even boot Windows and kept restarting my pc right after the Asus splash screen but that was with the ram set to 800MHz). Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
Edit: Forgot to mention that anything above 3.5 GHz gives me BSOD the second I run prime95 (I only changed the cpu multiplier and nothing else, except for the last time when I tried 4GHz as you'll see in the pictures)
Also I got cool 'n quiet and C1E disabled.
