if you move up from the mini atx, prices come down a bunch. you can do it for $750 that way. here is an idea. notice by adjusting away from the mini case you can get an i5-4590 which is leagues better than the i3 of fx and fits your wish for a faster/better cpu and front usb 3.0 ports.. even fit in a dvd drive if you need one

the a10 has built in graphics. no reason to get one if you plan on getting a discrete card. try something like this.

the 960 is low power and produces low heat for that mini case. i left off the ssd to allow for better gpu. at your budget an ssd is a luxury that onlt takes away from the gpu you can get and is not worth it.

Looks great, but a slight problem.
I want a different motherboard that has onboard USB 3.0 headers. I routinely back up my computer to an external hard drive, so I really want those forward facing USB 3.0 ports. I'm willing to go to around $750, and I might choose a faster CPU. Also, is there a reason you didn't go with the Rosewill? it might not be 100% name brand, but the reviews are good for it.
Thanks for helping.
