Best Computer Case for the Price

Hi guys, I was just wondering what you would consider to be a "Best Case" for the price. I've been looking at NZXT H440, or a obsidian 750D.

Feel free to post other options...
Note: Motherboard is a ATX form.

the cooler master HAF XB EVO. this thing is huge but an awesome case. footprint is kind of weird but lots of space to tinker in. :D

think of a smaller atx case on its side and a second one stacked on top of it. mobo goes on top level and drives, psu go on the bottom half. makes for lots of cable management this way
