I'm currently building a PC with the components listed below, and am having issues with the GPU. Before I added the card to the build, I can get a DVI signal out of integrated graphics just fine. Computer boots into Windows easily. However, when I install the R9 270 card and try to boot the PC, suddenly there is no signal out of the integrated DVI, or either of the two DVI out ports on the card. I've done some sifting through BIOS settings to no avail, updated the BIOS and motherboard drivers (chipset etc) and tried to run the driver install for the card (why not). Nothing seems to be working. Ideas?

Modest build:
MSI Z97 PC Mate
MSI R9 270 Twin Frozr
Intel i5 4430 @ 3.00 GHz
Crucial Ballistx Sport 6GB (3x2Gb)
Corsair CX430M PSU

Do you think there could be any other solutions? I don't seem to be experiencing the symptoms of an underpowered PSU, and 430w should be enough to handle this system and the load my family would be putting on it. Also, the CPU wouldn't be in any sort of sleep state during the boot process, so I can't see how that would be causing issues.

I'm having, like many others, the same issue. My onboard VGA/DVI work, but ANY videocard I put in EITHER PCIe x16 slot doesn't output video. Running latest BIOS from MSI that claims to "improve VGA compatibility" whatever the heck that means.

This board is crap.
