Will FX-8320 3.5 GHz 8-Core with EVGA FTW GeForce GTX 970 ACX 2.0 4GB bottleneck for gaming?

I am wondering if AMD FX-8320 3.5 GHz 8-Core will bottleneck with my GPU (EVGA FTW GeForce GTX 970 ACX 2.0 4GB)?

Sorry I posted wrong passmark in prior post, I was down clocking playing with some new settings but the actual 5ghz passmark bench is 10,985 for the fx 8320. and the vcore will work at 1.5 but if you bump it up to I think 1.53 it will stutter lag at all while running the passmark. Hope this helps

The fx 8320 ran none stop at 5GHZ for over 6 months :) I have now upgraded to 8350 @5.2 GHZ running stable along with Gigabyte GTX 980TI water cooled. tower stays at 21c , 8350 @ 1c , 28c under load GPU 5c 30c under load and overclocked

What mother board are you using?

I was running Asus Sabertooth but when I upgraded a few weeks back I went with the MSI 990fx gaming board, in case I decided to upgrade to fx 9590. But at this point I think ill stay with the fx 8350, it looks like AMD might be working on an up graded FX chip if so it should run the new DDR4 boards.
