I am running currently an NVIDIA GTX 480 that I know is old and outdated. However, I really only play WoW and the occasional other game on my PC so it's not usually an issue. Anyway, recently I have been getting a lot of graphics driver errors, as well as computer freezes when playing WoW and/or watching a video.
Also, before that I would use the onboard sound of the video card and my HDMI cable to get sound through my TV which I am using as my monitor. However, I started to get computer lock ups when using video and sound through the card, so I had to switch to speakers/head phones to hear sound.
All these symptoms lead me to believe it's time to finally upgrade. If anyone has any other suggestions, please feel free. But I think I already know the answer, just looking for confirmation. Thanks.
