I have the 450D and it has all I need for a high performance rig.
The air 540 I would recommend if you want to do a custom liquid loop besides that it's pointless.

Do you guys have any opinions on white or blue LED Fans (140mm) for intake and exhaust?
AF140./120 LED fans are great for vertical mounts, and Bitfenix Spectre Pro's are great for horizontal mounting.

Yeah, its the bearings.
If you plan on using the bottom fan mounts, Silverstone AP123's are your best bet.

Okay, so I am going to use thos ebeautiful Phanteks for Blue LEDs in the front, and jsut buy white LED strips, so I can reuse the stock fans from the front that comes with the 450D

Sounds like a good plan. If you want good LED's, check out Bitfenix Alchemy strips.
