It happens only when I a playing video games. To give an example: In dota 2 or cs:go, if I would look at any one particular place of the map at a time, I could receive crazy black flickering streaks that are god annoying to see. Occasionally the black streaks will be replaced with random colours, mainly rainbow or pink which gets even more annoying.
A secondary problem is that weird checkered boxes may appear anywhere on the screen when I'm using any application, whether it be video game or just google chrome. It is kind of like a see through box which alternates when you change windows on the screen. Hard to explain.
I'm unsure whether it is outdated drivers or malfunctioning monitor or GPU. My graphics card is AMD Radeon R9 270x 2gb (i think) and I have like a AU$110 AOC monitor.
