So yeah, this would be my first post here because i was stucked with budgeting and didn't know if all the parts i wanted were compatible.

First of all, i was trying to build my own cpu/system unit. I prefer gaming. Yes. But i only play LoL (league of legends) and i want to play the game on very high settings.
What cpu components would you prefer?
My budget is around 20,000. (Philippine Peso) and i am gonna base with the prices in here http://www.enigma-phil.com.ph/?page=pricelist

So here's what i have currently "built and search'd lol" would this be okay? If not, could you guys please help me out?

INTEL CORE I5 4460 3.2GHz LGA1150
INTEL MSI B85-G43 GAMING
KINGSTON 4GB DDR3 PC10600/1333MHz
PALIT GT740 2GB DDR5 128BIT
OR
SAPPHIRE R7 240 1GB GDDR5 128BIT
I already have a CPU case, and im also planning to buy a new psu but i don't know whether it would fit in the rig or not.

Thanks and more power!

As of the moment i have the total cost of what i have built would be 19,736. It would be a great help if you could suggest other less expensive components that would still enable me to play LoL with very high settings.

Solution
Go with MSI B85-G43 GAMING looks better and is better XD.And you have more slots for ram if you want to update in future.Power supply is not best one but will be enough for gtx 750 ti and i3.Yes all parts are compatible.Enjoy your new butter smooth performance in lol and other games too you can play on medium high settings without problems in 1080p

If you want best performance in LoL they you need stronger graphic card.Go with Intel i3 and GTX 750 Ti or if you can afford GTX 960 that will give you best performance in LoL and also try to get 8gb of ram.If you go with i3 you have 3000 pesos more to spend so adding more ram will cost you 1400 more so you have 1600 to spend on better GPU.And if you go with GTX 750 Ti you can buy 400W PSU since that card has low TDP of 65W nad i3 is 54W so your system wont pull more then 200W max when all parts are 100% loaded.

@Steve30 Hello steve, are you from the philippines? Anw back to the topic. Wouldn't that processor (Intel i3) and the vc GTX 750 Ti bottle neck each other? If not then could you please suggest a good setup i could take from the pricelist i have shown from the main post? My main budget would be around 19k and so.

Oh and im planning to change the motherboard to: ASUS H81M-D 1150,DDR3,VGA,DVI,8CH,GLAN,uATX, PARALLEL, would that be compatible? It costs less.

@morgan payne Oh okay, sorry for that. :)

I'm not from philip, they wont bottleneck each other. You will get better performance that way then going i5 and gt 740.Well you can keep 4gb ram insted 8gb it will be enough for LoL and just get 750 ti and i3 and you will have enough money. You will play lol at 100+ fps all the time at highest settings.

Hello steve! Thanks for answering my questions. So here's how my setup looks like now:

INTEL CORE I3 4160 3.5GHz LGA1150
ASUS H81M-D 1150,DDR3,VGA,DVI,8CH,GLAN,uATX, PARALLEL//INTEL MSI B85-G43 GAMING (which is better?)
KINGSTON 4GB DDR3 PC10600/1333MHz
PALIT GTX750Ti STORMX OC 2G DDR5 128BIT
HEC COUGAR SL-400W ATX PS

Are they all compatible with each other now?

Your system is not much power hungry so you current PSU will be enough but consider replacing it in future.Best PSU brands are Antec,XFX,Crosair,Seasonic,EVGA ...Dont worry about going Asus board it is still good and will run your system without problems.

Hello steve so my dad asked me to replace the i3 with an i5 processor(he got extra money from his work) so would the i5 still fit my setup? (im planning to change my psu to 500W or would that be too overkill?) thanks!

Yes i5 will still fit and will work just fine.If you can change PSU change it,but i don't think it is need right now i5 is only 30W more hungry then i3 so that 400W psu should be fine,so better save up for rly quality psu.

Hello steve, so we just bought the parts you suggested except for the video card. The tech from the shop said "if you want better performance for gaming for less price but with higher elec. consumption, try SAPPHIRE R7 260X 2GB."

so i was just wondering if the "SAPPHIRE R7 260X 2GB" would fit my rig? (considering that i'll be having a 500watt (tru rated psu)?
--forgot to ask him if it would be just compatible.

ALSO I THINK THEY JUST WANT THE R7 BE BOUGHT BECAUSE IT'S THEIR LAST STOCK, LOL!
or should i just stick with GTX 750 Ti?

Those 2 cards are same they trade blows, but in some newer games GTX 750 Ti proved better cuz some new games didnt run well ON AMD cards but you wont make mistake by going any of those 2.only thing is that r7 260x draws double the power of 750 Ti.So it is up to you at end do you want AMD or Nvidia.I think your store offers better GTX 750 Ti model then r7 260x.

I think you should stay with the r7 260X 2GB
and yes it would fit in your case
