so yesterday i bought a xfx pro v650 bronze to run gigabyte r9 290.after connecting everything,
my specs are
fx8320
asus mobo (a simple one "not gaming")
1tb sata hdd
4 gb kingston hyperx ram
r9 290 windforce oc
so when i turned the pc on and sed it everything was calm, once i loaded bf4 the psu fan speed increasd so much as well as the gpu , as i took my hand near the gpu it was blowing out hot air :? the temp went to 76 degrees.after like an hour of playing that game, when i quit the game the psu fan didnt came to normal.i waited 5 min it was still the same, now i dont know whats the problem :/
btw its my first time of using high end gpu

The GPU fan and temperature are normal. The PSU fan has to run fast enough to cool it while its working hard; but its speed should decrease after the system has been idle for several minutes. How long does it take for the PSU fan to slow down? You didn't provide the specific PSU model number, but have you checked professional reviews that include noise level?

You do have the power supply mounted so air can get into the fan right?
The video card temp is normal.
The power supply fan if you are letting it breath is also normal.
Your video card fans ramp up with the temperature then go back down quickly after your not using it much anymore, the power supply is different it will run faster for a longer time till it cools the internal parts down, this takes a while unlike the video card.

huh.. ! my luck ! its been two days since then, i came to know that its all normal. but then on the safe side i just connect two of the fans in the casing with the psu :( , i was goin to start the game and the pc restarted :( . i removed the fans and turned the pc on, and after 2-3 min without any load on the pc it restarted again.now it started doing like this.. so i thought its a driver problem or some thing i copied the files from linux, and the thing is during the time tat linux was running there were no issues neither it restarted for 30 mins.i installed the windows ,installed the new drivers for everything
Tried stress testing on GPU and CPU, works all fine during test, once test is stopped, and I start normal browsing of computer it restarts.
Checked the event log its “windows kernel power id 41”, dump file says its caused by “ntoskernel.exe”
Memtest, hdd test by Seagate all shows everything is perfect
