Is the AMD A10-6800K 4,1 Ghz good enough for running Infestation on ultra 50 fps? or BF4?

System:

Club 3d radeon hd 6970 coolstream edition
At the moment": Amd Athlon x4 740 3,2 Ghz (I want to buy A10-6800K)
MSI A78-E45 Military class 4 Motherboard
Antec Gamer 520 Power Supply
Sandisk 128 Gb SSD
ADATA 2X4 GB RAM GOLD

It runs BF4 On med with 33 FPS , Why is it so low?
And it runs Infestation on ultra / low with the same quality and the same frame drops.

If i buy the new CPU above , will this solve my problem>?

Pls help,.

Actually, the A10 6800k or Athlon x4 760k/860k would perform better, because the 740 is weak and is an extremely poor overclocker since it's not unlocked. However, I cannot recommend getting anything of them because they are not going to help THAT much. You just need to go ahead and make the jump to Intel. An i3 is a little cheaper than the A10 so you would just need an extra $40-50 to get a motherboard too.
