Is this a good build?

Hi,
I have made this build, but idk if I need a CPU cooler or not and if I need one, which one is the best choice? I am going to use this PC for just gaming. my budget is ~€700. Do I need to change something? Btw i used the i3-4330 bc when gaming the performance is just a tad lower compared to and i5 and i7.

There's a large chance your processor will bottleneck your graphics card. I'd go for at least a 4th generation i5 or an FX 8350 and a cheap AM3+ motherboard.
Also, get a 600W PSU. If this doesn't work within your build, downgrade your graphics card to a GTX 770 or GTX 960. Never get too ambitious with a graphics card with the consequence of your CPU dropping below borderline.

the motherboard is not really good
the psu is crap
but......for your budget....this is acceptable and in germany , you do not have a lot of choices with pcpartpicker
