This will be my first time I am building a pc just want to be sure i have everything correct as far as parts heres what i have so far:

ASRock B85M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card

Thermaltake Commander MS-I Epic Edition (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case

Asus DRW-24B3ST/BLK/G/AS

Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor

This is everything the total cost is about 650$. If I am missing anything hardware wise please let me know. Also any criticism is welcome none of these parts are set in stone my price range goes up to 700$ with a bit of leeway. Primary usage will be gaming/streaming.

You are missing a CPU cooler, and go for the intel i5 4670K, it will perform much better with processor-heavy games. also get a (cheap) SSD to put your OS (also not listed) on, to boot your pc up faster. But the rest looks good to me!

I think you should get a watercooler and a K-type (like an i5 4670K) processor for overclocking. But if you do want aircooling get a heatspreader (important!!) and a fan with around 500-2000 RPM (these are usually included)

Yes, but check your RAM height and the height of your heat spreader, if you've done that you are good to go!
