which headset is better

Like Demosthenest said, the HyperX Cloud II is a way better headset. I recommend you to also have a look at the Steelseries Siberia V3 Prism, which is also comparable. Both headsets are good but i'll say that the Siberia V3 Prism has slightly better sound and the HyperX Cloud has more accessories. Razer audio products in general are not good, I owned the Kraken 7.1 and it didnt have good audio and Synapse had lots of bugs which made Synapse really annoying.

I recommend going with Steelseries or the HyperX Cloud II
