Hey everyone!

Been having this issue for awhile on my PC and was wondering if any of you out there may have an idea what is causing it or how to trouble shoot it. Basically my system will run fine until after being on for anywhere from 30min to 1 hour in which case any videos I play begin to stutter and I get annoying audio pops and clicks when listening to any music. If I restart it goes back to normal again for a bit. I'm wondering if my power supply might be at fault here; are the sli 580's pulling to much power? Most games play really good but I do sometimes get asked to switch windows 7 back to basic mode because of poor performance.

Here are my specs;

Solution
This could be anything from PSU to Drivers, what I'd recommend is updating your Drivers "display and audio" if no avail then I'd see if you could try a second power supply you could salvage from another PC or a friend

Thanks for the reply! I've gone through windows update and everything there seems to be in order there. I could also check all the drivers by going to the device manager and right click but do you know of a better way?

I also ran a SiSoft Sandra diagnostic today but I guess I have no idea what the results mean....haha

You could get the make and model of your graphics card and download the latest driver there and you could also just go to realtek's website for the audio drivers
