As the title says looking to build a new system to upgrade from my old one, but have no idea what parts to keep (if any) from my old PC.

Motherboard: Asus - M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX Motherboard 2133MHz (Socket AM3 /AM3)
Processor: Intel i7-2700K 3.50GHz
RAM: 16.0 GB Crucial DDR3
CPU: Nvidia GTX 760
Power Supply : 500 Watts
Corsair 120 GB SSD
Corsair 2TB HDD
Looking to maybe keep the RAM and GPU unless you guys think i should upgrade it.
Budget is $2000
