My computer keeps rebooting itself...

hi try this steps
1. when window has rebooted, then continuously press f8
2. after ,some option appear on the screen and select the last good configuration
( if with this option problem is not solve then select safe mode option)
avoid step if problem solve while select the 2 step
3. then right click on my computer and click on property , once select the advance system setting.
4. under "start and recovery" option select setting
5. removed the tick mark from the "automatically restart"
after complet step you can restore the system and restart in normal mode
