Can I use Hard drive WD3200AAJS (WD cavier Blue) with motherboard IPILP-LC (Lancaster8)?

I have Compaq Presario SR5310F Desktop PC and I would like to access the hard drive already have my data and OS in it
Mother board is IPILP-LC (Lancaster8)

I want to use the Hard drive WD3200AAJS (WD cavier Blue with data in it instead of installed by Compaq Presario SRS5310F

Yes, of course, you will be able to use your WD Blue drive with the desktop. However, if the drive already has an operating system installed from another computer, you'd need to re-format and re-install Windows in order to use it on this one.
And vice versa - if you want to install Windows on it, I'd suggest to back up the data from the WD Blue somewhere else and have peace of mind that the data is safe while you finish the installation of the HDD on your PC!

"Laptop" ? I think OP had the desktop PC, and the WD3200AAJS is the 3.5" format HDD.
