The Witcher 3 low-budget gaming pc

Hello Guys!
I would like to ask a little help! My girlfriend wants to play with the upcoming Witcher 3 game! For her birthday i would like to upgrade her rig!
CPU: Intel Pentium G2030(3,0Ghz)
Memory: DDR3 4 GB (1333Mhz)
HDD: 500Gb 7200rpm
Power: 430W(??)

I want to buy another 4gb memory and a AMD Radeon 260x!!! My buget is around a 100-140Euro.
What do you think this will run the game in 1366*768 resolution in low-medium settings? Please help. Thank you!

That Pentium will not cut it. I would recommend an FX-6300 + R9 270.

Hi KingOfHun!

To be honest, 100-140Euros is roughly somewhere around $100-150USD, Personally you shouldn't build a computer for that much, I'd wait till you get around $250-400USD to create a low/mid range PC. Here's a decent spec build:

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-F2A78M-HD2 FM2+ AMD A78
RAM: G.SKILL NS 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3
CPU: AMD A8-7600 Kaveri Quad-Core 3.1GHz (3.8GHz turbo)
POWER: CORSAIR CX series CX430 430W ATX12V v2.3
SSD:Kingston SSDNow V300 Series SV300S37A/120G 2.5" 120GB SATA III Internal
HDD: optional
Case: optional

Total: (Estimated) $379.60 = $336Euros

* Note personally, I'd recommend SSD though you have less space than a traditional HDD It is quicker for boot times, and Transferring.
You could visit amazon for a 1TB Western Digital HDD for roughly $50-$60 USD.
* Depending on your choice there are plenty of different cases for MicroATX Boards, I prefer Antec or Coolermaster for a low end basic build.
* Also, If you choose to go this route I'd prefer in the future to buy a Graphics card (unless you have one already) to help with gaming.
* If you have saved up money, I'd prefer a 8GB dual channel RAM kit.

Thank you man for the build but I'm upgrading an existing pc from 100-140 Euros as I wrote. my grilfriendc pc exactly! :) but thanks for the build i defenetly check it out!
