Best AMD FM2+ CPU under $90?

Hi,
I'm currently building a $400 computer and have $90 for my Cpu. I have bought the Asus A88XM-E motherboard so I'm limited to the FM2+ socket. I've been looking at the Apu side of AMD and the Athlon x4 860k. I also have a R7 265 so I am not looking at the apu for graphics. If you know which CPU would perform best it'd sure help me out!

I'm curious Shadrack97. What is your setup? Here is mine and I'm having low FPS with CPU intensive games

G Skill Ripjaws 4GB (X2) F3-12800CL9S-4GBRL
MSI Geforce GTX 970 4GD5 OC

i have a AMD Athlon x4 860k
f2a58m-ds2
crucial 4gb ram
gtx 650 ti boost 1gb
evga 550w modular psu

it kind of depends on which games ya play pal, i play dead island epidemic which is more of an mmo, and team fortress 2!i dont tend to notice stuttering tbh! you also have to remember the athlon is a average cpu, nothing compared to an i5! so it wont be the best in CPU intensive games!

I have several AM3+ rigs with an 8350 and a 6350. I also have a Crossblade Ranger with an 860K and I love it. Surprised me. Go for it!

I am sure you are ram starved at 4 Gigabytes.

SorryX2 8gb ram. As far as troubleshooting: disabled settings, lowered resolution, tried different refresh rates. I haven't overclocked. Arma2 gets 28 to 45 fps. Dyling Light gets 7fps. I ran MSI Command center during games. I shows 97 to 100% utilization on 0 thru 3 cores and fps drop lower with program running with game. All bios and drivers are up to date. Kombustor gets decent score in most tests. OpenCL and 3D are the lowest of all tests for GPU. CPU won't test. Stress test CPU with no temp spikes. I get 300+ to 80+ fps benchmarks. What other GPU areas should I troubleshoot?
