NEED TO GET BEST RIG WHICH WILL RUN ALL GAMES ON ULTRA WILL B USEING IT ON MY 50inch led 1920*1080 budget not decided bt want the best with a less budget

Solution
^ I understand in your case then an Intel makes more sense.
Be sure to try & squeeze a gtx 970 into the budget for the main reason that it is in the GPU world what the Intel is in the CPU world
It offers great performance & runs 15-25c cooler than the 280x & 290.
If temperature is a concern it is the card to go for at all costs.
If the budget is getting tight just drop to a decent h series board & an i5 4440 or 4460.
They're not overclockable but will save money over a k series chip & a z series board & performance is still top notch.

Here you go, just build this for you. Tell me if it needs to be cheaper or more expensive.

Ive added an R9 280, not 280x. Do i need to list the parts individually? Or can you find them yourself. Or do you want the build to be cheaper?

am getting i5 4690k asrock z87 killer psu cosriour 750w am confused between the grapic cards ... i want a future proof i can get a r9 280x tri or r9 290 or gtx 970 what should i get

Lounge htpc gaming setup
-----------------+---------+++
Overclocked fx 6300@4ghz
Big shuriken 2 cooler
Galax exoc gtx 970
Asus m5a78lmt-usb3
8gb corsair xms 3 ddr3 1600
240gb ocz agility 3 ssd
3tb Toshiba sata 3 HDD,
2x2tb Seagate barracuda sata 3 HDD.
Corsair cx500m psu
Silverstone gd06 htpc case

Originally just a htpc /sat /dvb twin tuner recoding rig & general rig - stuck a 970 in it though & its now my mainly used gaming rig.even with the pretty substandard mb it has no problem with vsynced 60fps ultra on 99% of games.

Upstairs desktop
----------------------------
Fx 8320@4.2ghz
212 evo cooler
Gigabyte 970a-ud3p mb
16gb corsair dominator ddr3 1866
240gb Toshiba ssd
2tb Hitachi deskstar sata 3 hdd
Powercolor turboduo r9 280x (voltage & bios modded)
Cm p100 case
Evga 750w PSU.

Both builds have sata hotswap docks so I can swap hard drives over at will between them.

Was my main gamer but not since purchasing the 970 for downstairs.use it mainly for heavy duty video encoding & its my general workhorse rig.
The 6300 build beats it on gaming performance simply due to the 970.

Sorry to trouble u madmatt am geting a used 280x tri vapour for 15500 rs and new cost is for 24000 so shuld i go for it in future i can crossfire it with other 280x as it would b more cheaper

^ no problem mate - yes I know GPU prices are insanely high in India.
The 280x is a good card & the tri-x is a very good version of it.
Just dont expect to max out every game with it as you could with a 970.
It will do a decent job for you no doubt though .
