Minecraft Hamachi server friends can't join

I have had my own hamachi Minecraft server for a while now but recently I have bought a new CPU,Motherboard and SSD and ever since my friends have been getting an error when joining "JavaConnectionException no further information" I have followed a tutorial extremely closely but with no luck and tried disabling my firewalls but nothing seems to work. Help would definitely be appreciated.

I haven't done that in awhile but I'll try to help. With my problems it was I could never port forward anything(don't know to this day) and I had used a VPN(Virtual Private Network) I think it was king/royalVPN. Another issue could be a simple error with Hamachi or maybe you entered in the wrong IP. Sorry I can't help more but it's been a year since i quit.

Already done even tried to reinstall Hamachi my friends get java.net.\connectException: Connection timed out: no further information still.
