Laptop build mainly for photoshop (600$ budget)

Hey guys, i am looking for a new laptop, primarily for adobe Photoshop use
My budget is around 600$
Prefer win7
Could someone recommend on the best way of achieving this? Is there a good site that could build it for me?
Any comments are welcome

You will need a powerful CPU, at least 8GB RAM and a generous screen with good resolution:

From the menu, go for Lenovo Z710 Laptop - 59434383 DOORBUSTER, 669$ (a little bit over your budget though):

- 17"display, 1920x1080 resolution;
- i5-4210M, 2,6GHz/3,3GHz Turbo.

No matter which laptop will be your choice, try to go for an i5/i7 with termination "M", "MQ" or "HQ" (the "U" or "Y" CPU variants are low-power, providing longer battery life but lower performance).
