I was using my custom built PC earlier and I accidentally dropped my phone on the top of it. After that happened the computer just froze. I restarted the computer and it just started up, shut down, and kept restarting over and over. I then shut it down again and it started to work. About ten minutes later it froze and then gave me a blue screen crash. I then tried to reseat the RAM but one of them won't click in. Does anyone know what could be wrong? Please help me. Every BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) has an error code on it, it typically looks like this (0x00000007B) as an example. If you could list the error code, we can help you solve the roots of the problem.
