Hi Guys,
Just about to complete my 1150 build (i5 4690k + Gigabyte Z97-U5DH) and have a choice of ram between the following:
Corsair 8GB DDR3 2133MHz Vengeance Pro CL9 (9-11-11-31) 1.65v - £71
Corsair 8GB DDR3 2400Mhz Vengeance Pro Tested Latency: 11-13-13-31 1.65v - £74
G.Skill 8GB DDR3 2400MHz TridentX CL10 (10-12-12-31 2N) 1.65v - £62.16
I'm not going to overclock massively if ever, but figured that I may as well get something that's 2400mhz as I have headroom in case I ever want to tweak or OC.... Not much in the price, am I right in thinking that the 2400mhz would be better for me even though the CAS timings are higher than the 2133?
If that is right, G-Skill or Corsair Pro's?
