Hey i am building a pc and i cant seem to find out which or what type of power supply i need.
I have tried looking at the volts and tried doing the math but i am not so sure of myself in fear of buying the wrong one and needing to wait for a new one to ship in.
The system specs are of the following:

CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K Haswell-E 6-Core 3.3GHz LGA 2011-v3 140W Desktop Processor BX80648I75820K.

GPU: Dual Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 Gaming GDDR5 Pcie Video Graphics Card, 4GB

Mother Board: ASUS ATX DDR4 3000 (O.C.) Motherboard X99-DELUXE

Ram/Memory: Crucial 16GB Kit (4GBx4) DDR4 2133 MT/s (PC4-17000) CL15 SR x8 Unbuffered DIMM 288-Pin Desktop Memory CT4K4G4DFS8213

HDD: WD Blue Desktop Hard Drive 1TB, 7200 RPM, SATA 6 Gb/sec ( Any suggestions for a HDD that is suportive with my mother board? im not so sure with going with this one)
(I am allso going to add a ssd in the late future, suggestions?)

If i am missing anything let me know and i will update the list.

Hi there!

Go to pcpartpicker.com, select all of the components there and it will give you an estimated wattage on the right side!

If this helps please select best solution!

Thanks and have a wonderful day!

A 750W PSU from reputable brands such as EVGA and Corsair etc... would be great.

Though 500W is subtle, the 750W leaves you with extra options just incase you want to add more upgrades to your PC.

This hdd will do fine, another option,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st1000dm003
for ssd's to look at,
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/a-data-internal-hard-drive-asx900s3128gmc%2Ccrucial-internal-hard-drive-ct128mx100ssd1%2Ccrucial-internal-hard-drive-ct256mx100ssd1%2Cocz-internal-hard-drive-arc10025sat3240g/
maybe read some reviews if you want to know more. The 240gb Ocz is cheap for instance, but not the fastest out there.

Looking at what you spend why not include the ssd right away?
