Hello, I built my first computer today, but for some reason when I tried to turn it on, everything was on for half a second, and then turned off again, if I tried to press the power button again, it wouldn't turn on at all. I would have to cut the power supply and then replug the power in order to turn it back on for a half second. I made sure my power cables were plugged in, and I also tried turning it on with just the CPU, 1 stick of ram, PSU, and GPU. What's wrong with my computer?
