Stable literally means it runs without blue screening so if its doing that its stable otherwise do not oc a 8320 on stock cooler

Every CPU is different , some overclock great others don't.
But like mentioned above you need an aftermarket cooler.

Don't overclock on stock cooler. And overclocking AMD on stock cooler! !!!! NEVER!!! You will need a good cooler or get the aftermarket cooler hyper 212 Evo. About the oc. You have to find a combination of voltage and frequency to make it stable. I'd you pick any manual frequency and voltages then the system leads to unstable and will produce more heat. ... even though we have totally same specs but our OCing capacity is always different. Though mine and your specs are same, I cannot tell you the settings, even the processor are same, but they differ in their capacity. .... You have to increase the frequency by 0.1, stress test. If it passes then rise another 0.1 stress test in os. At one point it will not pass, then add some more VCore. That's the method. ....

On stock cooler, even if you do the stress test on factory settings, type temp will immediately touch 80-90°c. ...

So on stock cooler i was getting 30-65c at 4.00GHz so the multiplier should be x20 and don't change the voltage leave that AUTO !!!
