I'm not too tech-savvy so I'll need some help understanding how to fix this problem. While playing games such as Saints Row IV, my pc (which is an Alienware X51) will freeze and the screen will sometimes goes black. I can still hear a loop of the sound playing, though everything else is unresponsive. The only temp fix is to turn the computer off at the power button. I have updated my graphics card to the latest NVIDIA drivers and that hasn't seemed to help. Any ideas?

It's not the GPU Drivers alone,I think it's with some other drivers too.Please follow this method below and inform me the result
