Blank screen with cursor after sign in on Acer Aspire Model No: ZRQ

The laptop shows the acer logo and spinning circle and then goes to sign in. After I sign into my user account, the screen goes black but cursor is still seen.

All I can do is go Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up task manager, can't do Ctrl+R, etc.

Running Windows 8 Computer model on underneath is Acer Aspire v5-573-54204

Note: Battery is irremovable from laptop.

Hi, I rang technical support and there answer was to do ctrl,alt del to bring up task manager then scroll down to runoncewrapper (32 bit) highlight it and click end task.
Worked for me, good luck
