What is the best gaming monitor?
it needs to be-
can't be more than 5ms response time
1080p
around 27 inches. no bigger than 30 inches
atleast 120hz refresh rate, 144hz would be nice though

Also my budget would be about 130 dollars. I can go higher if need be though. at the very least though, i will use a 5ms 1080p 60hz monitor though. it doesnt really make a ton of difference to me
