My father in law, just got a new graphics card. The sapphire itx compact radeon r9 285 graphics accelerator and a new 600 watt power cord. Ever since he put in the new graphics card the computer has been shutting off and rebooting. Is there anyone that can help me figure out what's going on? I'm not computer savvy and neither is he.
