Looking for a desktop computer that can run DayZ on high settings for as cheap as possible?

Hey guys looking for a desktop that can run games such as Dayz and Battlefield on high settings with no problem? I also have a budget so just don't go overboard with it, thanks! Probably maxing out at $800. Also need a monitor to with the computer one that is clear and is pretty big maybe 300$ max on the monitor?

This is the best monitor I could find for close to $300 2560x1440p
