Windows 98 on a Dell inspiron 8500

I have a Dell inspiron 8500 and is Windows 98 or Windows 98SE compatible with the Laptop it had Windows XP Home Edition but i erased the Hard Drive because i wanted a old Gaming Laptop if it is Compatible where can i find the Drivers, Thanks in Advanced

Since Dell only offers Windows XP drivers for the device, I'd say they don't exist. If they do exist, you're going to need to identify each component you need drivers for (audio, LAN, graphics) and it's manufacturer and then go to that manufacturer's web site and see if those drivers exist for Windows 98.
