Hiii ashutosh,
You can play the game, no doubt. Just check the graphics settings and set it to medium or Low.... This will increase the frame rate and then you will not suffer from the game lag. ... Enjoy the game. ...:)

The processor isn't obviously the problem for the game, mostwanted probably isn't the best optimized game. What graphics card is in the laptop, most likely sense it's a pre-built/dell laptop it only runs off the intel HD graphics which can only do very low end gaming and basic graphics work and also video.

Intel HD graphics are likely to lag on most games, try lowering your graphics for best performance you could also lower your resoultion via game settings to get better FPS.

I'm guessing you have ATI switchable graphics? Can you see a small red icon in the bottom right icon tray? if so right click it and see if you can see "Configure switchable graphics" if its there make sure you have the ATI 8730M selected and not the Intel HD.

I do not see any red icon on right bottom side.but when i saw device manager ;display adaptor shows intelhd 4000 and amd radeon 8730M .i do not have catalyst control central .what am i to do?please reply.
