Rosewill Thor v2 fan control

I'm really new to building and I just finished putting together my computer today. I'm trying to figure out how to work the fan controls on the case and I'm not entirely sure as to where to put the plugs. I connected the fans on the thor v2 case onto the motherboard.

MB: Gigabyte G1.Sniper H6
PSU: Corsair CX750M

I just looked at the rosewill manual and it doesn't say anything about the fans at all. If you connect the fan controller to the fans then what is powering the fans to run??? I'm so sorry if it sounds like a dumb question I'm just really new to this whole building.

Could you take a picture of all cables coming from from frontpanel and fan controler.

There should cables coming from fan controler cables labeld A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3. The A ones you will controle with 2nd dial(right side) the B ones with 1st dial (left side). Watch this from 4:35 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eStwwZFlOoQ you will see the A1,A2 ... cables i am talking about and those 2 Molex plugs she shows just connect them to PSU and then you will able to control your fans with fan controler
