This is what I have come up with as a core components for my first gaming rig, looking for feed back as I am a complete novice. Most of the components have been recommended by this site and or friends. Any feedback is much appreciated. Cheers.

Good system, would get a i7 tho for the video editing and streaming since thats whats its good for, even found a decent PSU which not many can find by themself. :p
Just make sure your case support a ATX Motherboard and youre set to go!

I am really tempted to get an i7, if I can find one on the day I buy for a decent price. I would rather save $200ish dollars then have the video editing boost, it is the tertiary priority... I don't know, anyone want to talk me in/out of an i7, and which i7 do I look at?

It all depends on your workload. How much will you be doing editing and how much gaming? If it is like 50-50, then i5 might be a more feasible option. If you will be doing video editing mostly, i7 no doubt. Core i7 4790 specifically (without letter K, since you won't be overclocking).

This mobo was the cheapest I saw with good feed back and SLI capability. I would like to keep the option if needed to add a second gpu (you know, just in case).
If there is a card that can provide that and is better on the budget please let me know. Thanks for the tip, will check in on some cards of the type you mentioned. To be honest, motherboards are a weakpoint in my knowledge. I know I want something decent and with SLI, that's about it(and as you said, I don't need O>C bells and whistles).

To expand on the i5 vs i7, I am playing video games and streaming, my gf does video editing (mostly shorts, 5mins or less) and will probably end up using my computer, I will probably do youtube videos and possibly a video podcast but don't think I need anything too crazy. I am going to scope around for an i7 4790 and see what the $ says.
