can probably get similar framerates to the new consoles. The 750ti is an average card, low power consumption and the total only comes to $590. With the extra cash you could get another 4GB stick of RAM which you will eventually need, or you could save for a slightly beefier GPU for a little extra money, but then a PSU upgrade would be in order.

If you're wanting a monitor, i5 and an OS you aren't going to be able to build a PC that will outrun a ps4/xb1 for 650.
