It did and I have already returned one graphics card back and they sent me this one. They arent willing to give me any money back but they said they will exchange it for another in stock like with the current one I have. I can't tell if the one they exchane it for is going to be working or faulty like this one (the one they sent me as a replacement) and I have already spent most of my money on sending the graphics back to them the first time in delivery costs. I want to try to get my money back so do you think MSI would give me money back even though I didn't purchase it directly?
If the place you bought the GPU from came with a manufacter warranty, contact MSI support and give them an RMA, if they dont, ask why you cant return the GPU, an d get your money back
