New PC rig, but COD just wont stop freezing...HELP!!

Cpu- I5-4690k
Ram- Team V 2x4 8gb 1600
Mobo- Asrock Z87 Pro 3
Gpu- Msi Gtx 970 Gold E
Hdd- WD Blue 1Tb
Psu- Rosewill Capstone 750w Gld+
Chassis- NZXT Source 210E modded

Why in the hell do the past THREE CODs all freeze around the same time? Ive tried fixes for weeks and my fps sits at 91 in 2k and 55-65 in 4k on AW & Ghosts, what am I doing wrong?

Like i stated, gtx 970 gold edition, the card never goes above 45 degrees and runs EVERYTHING like a charm and im proud of it, but when it comes to ANY COD, mainly BO2, Ghosts, AND AW, they all play perfectly then freeze instantly after a match and a half with no warning or error message( ive had a device hung and bad driver error only once, which happened every time on Ghosts when Ii had my Lenovo laptop sli 755m) but now I finally built my first rig and STILL cant play COD WTF!!!??
