my pc specs (so far)

-Gtx 960 ssc
-Amd FX-8350
-2x4gb of 2400 mhz ram
-Gigabyte ATX Socket AM3+ mobo
-1x500gb 7200 rpm HDD
-1xSamsung SATA 1.5 Gb-s Optical Drive

Both would work just fine I picked the XFX because it was in the same price range.
You can get a better power supply than the Seasonic in that 91 buck range.
