Yea that is nice. You could get just as nice of a PSU for about $75. But I noticed that you have all parts coming from newegg. You could probably cheapen this up a bit by going with multiple sellers, but not by a whole lot. I use newegg as much as I can though because they are the best computer retailer out there in my opinion.

This rig will get you a very pleasant gaming experience though.

Great Build!
What I would change:
-PSU: Use the EVGA 750W G2, it is full modular (Yours is semi) and it comes with a lot more features.
-GPU: Go with EVGA 970 SX ACX 2.0. Has better cooling and comes already overclocked.

Other than that, looks great!
