My power supply is VIP 1000 watts but i don't know if this power supply giving full power or not as the vga that i have is old and don't need this mush power .......about the price i will spend about 2000 LE (egypt) and i need a 2 GB ddr5 card that works with cpu i3-3210

Yes, I would recomend this, if your budget allows it, a i5 will benifit you greatly in gaming, the best thing for you in your situation is to upgrade your CPU later to a I5 4460 or something like that in the future, but yes the 750ti would be a good choice for your build, it is a very good card for the money. The i3 is very good for now, but in a few years a CPU upgrade will benifit you.
