First of all thanks for anyone taking the time to address my issues.

As stated i have been having trouble with Bsod whenever i try to multitask in any browser, Streaming/browser games. but also when just surfing the net.
torrent clients is the same thing.
i could use a pointer as to how i share my .dmp files with you, here.

i have just reformatted my system Windows 7 ultimate (64bit) service pack 1 problem persists

my speccs are
asrock m3n78D Mobo - nvidia nforce720a chipsets
AMD phenom II x6 1055t 2.8Gh processor
8 gb ddr3 kingston hyperx ram (dual)
ATI Radeon HD 5850 OC edition GPU

Belkin F5D7050 wireless adapter (driver version 4.xxx)
all drivers up to date as far as i can see.

it really bugs me and i would like to fix it instead of buying a new wireless adapter for the time being.

i have run memtest and loads of other tests cause i have been seeing this problem in some places but no fix. I am not the keenest of g33ks <3 so i really need someone to point me in the right direction, although its safe to say that is has something to do with the wireless adapter.

nothing wrong with the hardware as far as i can see.. i might be wrong.
after the format i have not gotten around to sfc /scannow (ill read up on it) and various other troubleshooting/testing done best from safe mode.

from bluescreenviewer (last Bsod) this was the only highlighted entry.

ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+6e87e fffff800`01c68000 fffff800`0224e000 0x005e6000 0x548a6e28 12-12-2014 04:25:12 Microsoft® Windows® Operating System NT Kernel & System 6.1.7601.18700 (win7sp1_gdr.141211-1742) Microsoft Corporation C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

Waiting patiently, thanks in advance :)

Solution
When you have a failure related to a USB wireless device, generally you need to:
update the motherboard BIOS, update the CPU chipset drivers, update the USB 3.0 chipset drivers in addition to getting updated USB wireless drivers from the vendor of the device. if you motherboard is still supported often you can get all the other updated from the motherboard vendors website.

on windows you may have to uninstall the old USB wireless driver to get the new one to be selected as the active device driver. Often USB devices are hidden in device manager (you have to unhide removed devices and delete them)

Thanks for the reply, i will look into this as my bios isnt up to date, and i have not felt the need to update it.. Now i do :)

and i almost forgot, i am pretty sure i have USB 2.0 but it actually states whenever i stick the wireless adapter in the socket, that it would run faster in a 2.0 port... but to the best of my knowledge this is what i have.. 2 in the front of my case and 6 in the back.. do you know what the deal is/could be?

as for the wireless adapter driver, the ones from belkin are a bit "Old" but according to their homepage "up2date" and i have been told online, that atheros who make most of the "insides" of these adapters, that i could (and i have them in a folder) download drivers that "should" work with most adapters, havent gotten around to test it, since it is kind of a drag to remove these drivers permanently.. at least it was with the belkin ones.. they dont feel like being removed..
Also,
all chipsets have been updated, Though i have blocked the Nvidia (NAM) parts of the drivers since it could use up around 1.5 gb Ram whenever i was connected to internet, Yeah.. Problem has been occuring a little less but still persists. i am thinking of reinstalling windows one more time, when i have found all drivers i actually need. would like it clean after 4 years of mistreatment :p
