I really don't know much about motherboards, so i'm asking here now. I want to build my first gaming-PC and i don't know which motherboard to choose. It should have a bios that lets me boot from floppys, hdds and dvds. It should also support sli and have a 1150 socket. It should also have 4 ram slots.

My components are:
(The relevant ones)
Cpu: i7 4790K
Cpu cooler: be quiet dark rock pro 3
Gpu: 1/2/3 times the msi geforce gtx 970 gaming
Psu: corsair rm850 (too strong, but i want to be able to upgrade my system whenever i need to.)

So do u have any ideas? i thought about those but cant decide whats the best:
AsRock z97 extreme4
Asus z97 deluxe
AsRock fatal1ty z97 killer
Asus maximus vii ranger
Asus maximus vi extreme

Other options are welcome of course.

Out of all the options you have here I would choose the Asus Maximus VII Ranger, the motherboard comes with a ton of useful gaming features, as well as extremely easy overclocking with this motherboard. This board uses durable materials which will ensure it will last a long time too.

Even though its a very good overclocking motherboard, its does not however beat its bigger brother the VII Hero in overclocking as the Hero is significantly more powerful than the Ranger, hence the higher price.

The VII Ranger is probably the best bang for your buck you can get at that price range. You can read more about the board on Asus' official website.

In terms of the CPU I would suggest downgrading it to an i5 4690k. The performance difference...

In terms of the CPU I would suggest downgrading it to an i5 4690k. The performance difference between the 4790k and the 4690k is not very significant in terms of gaming making the i5 a better value for purchase than the i7. But if you want to keep the i7, thats fine too.
